The magnet buggy is a 4 wheeled drive module for single axis motion. Several buggies can be combined to design robotic platform for specific tasks. The buggy is also used in our FAST UT and FAST RVI platforms as drive units with differential steering or as scan module. The buggy is designed to industrial standards. It is rugged and field proven with state of the art control and precision.
The magnetic wheels are very powerful and allow for vertical payload of up to 12kg / 26.6lbs. The input is 48V DC and Ethernet for Control.
OEM / White label
The buggy can be adapted to your needs. Color and branding is for the customer to choose. At higher order magnitude we can also exchange motor and gearbox configurations to enable higher speed or higher torque.
Several mounting points allow for extending the capabilities and add your own devices. Check the technical specs for details.
The system comes with embedded Inspection Robotics motor controllers and a Software development kit (SDK).
